Manphool Dairy is a family-owned dairy business located at Ward no. 13, Pilibanga, 26 STG Ward no. 13, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan 335803. You can reach us at +91 98541 20636 between 6 AM and 9 PM, all days of the week.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.
4. Products and pricing
4.1 Product availability
All products are subject to availability. As a small farm, our production depends on natural factors including weather, the health of our cattle, and seasonal variations. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.
4.2 Pricing
Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
4.3 Quality and purity
- We commit to delivering products that are pure, fresh, and free from adulterants.
- Our products contain no preservatives, artificial flavors, or added chemicals.
- Milk is to be consumed within 24 hours of delivery, refrigerated.
- Other products carry usage windows as printed on the packaging.
5. Orders and delivery
5.1 Placing an order
Orders may be placed via phone call, WhatsApp, or through the order form on our website. Subscription orders for daily milk delivery may be set up by contacting us directly.
5.2 Delivery area
We currently deliver across Pilibanga, Hanumangarh, and select neighbouring areas. Please confirm delivery availability for your location at the time of order placement.
5.3 Delivery timing
Milk and fresh products are delivered between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays.
6. Payment
- Payment may be made in cash on delivery, via UPI, or through bank transfer.
- Subscription customers are billed monthly. Invoices are shared on the first week of the following month.
- Outstanding payments more than 30 days overdue may result in pause of service.
7. Returns and refunds
Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product delivered:
- Notify us within 4 hours of delivery for fresh items (milk, curd, paneer).
- Notify us within 48 hours for items like ghee and butter.
- We will replace the product or refund the amount at our discretion.
8. Glass bottle policy
Milk delivered in glass bottles is subject to a returnable deposit. Customers are expected to return clean, undamaged bottles. Damaged or unreturned bottles may be charged at ₹50 per bottle.
9. Account responsibilities
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Manphool Dairy name, logo, photographs, and text — is the property of Manphool Dairy and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manphool Dairy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product in question.
12. Force majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, pandemics, or disease outbreaks affecting our livestock.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.
